Decatur and Chamblee are an even 3-3-1 against one another since March of 2017, but likely not for long. We've got a battle between Bulldogs coming up. Both teams beat their previous opponents by a single goal, so this matchup might be just as contested.

Decatur proved they can win big on Friday (they won by nine) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a goal and slipped past Lakeside 2-1.

Ethan Johnston and Kimball Bryant scored both of Decatur's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Meanwhile, Chamblee kept a clean sheet against Dunwoody on Thursday. They beat the Wildcats by a goal, winning 1-0. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the Bulldogs were the better team in the second half.

Decatur's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those three games. As for Chamblee, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Decatur couldn't quite get it done against Chamblee in their previous meeting back in March of 2024 as they fell 5-3. Can Decatur avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
