Softball Recap: Brunswick Takes a Loss

If Brunswick was feeling good fresh off their 21-2 takedown of Jenkins on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Pirates lost 14-3 to the Ware County Gators on Tuesday. The contest marked the Pirates' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Brunswick's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-2. As for Ware County, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-4.

Coming up, Brunswick will welcome Camden County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ware County, they will head out on the road to challenge Glynn Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
