Baseball Recap: Fairless Comes Up Short

After soaring to ten runs the game before, Fairless was a bit more limited in their game on Monday. They fell 5-1 to the Manchester Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in April.

Fairless saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Landon Kasler, who went 2-for-3 with one run.

Fairless' defeat dropped their record down to 4-21-1. As for Manchester, the victory got them back to even at 12-12.

Fairless has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Garaway on the 19th. As for Manchester, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 4-0 victory against Mogadore on the 19th.
