Softball Recap: Rockdale County Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Rockdale County's offense. They came up short against the Newton Rams on Monday, falling 14-0. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Rockdale County's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Newton, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-4.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Rockdale County is set to square off against their familiar foe Grayson at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Newton will take on rival South Gwinnett at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
