Softball Game Preview: Terrell County Greenwave vs. Pataula Charter Academy Panthers

Terrell County is 0-10 against Pataula Charter Academy since October of 2018 but things could change on Tuesday. The Greenwave will challenge the Panthers at 5:30 p.m. Terrell County has given up an average of 23.9 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

The home team had won the previous six meetings between Terrell County and Seminole County, and Seminole County kept the tradition alive. The Greenwave came up short against the Indians on Thursday, falling 20-10.

Meanwhile, Pataula Charter Academy fell victim to Miller County and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 10-0 to the Pirates. Having soared to a lofty 14 runs in the game before, the Panthers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Pataula Charter Academy saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Zyion Clark, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base. Clark is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last five games she's played.

Terrell County's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Pataula Charter Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-8.
