Pinewood had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 32 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Friday. They breezed past the Sacred Heart Prep Gators to the tune of 88-13. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 17 games by 22 points or more this season.

Pinewood's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jolyn Ding, who went 9-for-14 to rack up 19 points along with six steals and five assists. Ding continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Vallory Kuelker, who shot 5-for-9 from downtown and dropped a double-double with 19 points and ten rebounds.

Pinewood smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 12 offensive boards in four consecutive contests.

Pinewood pushed their record up to 19-3 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.2 points over those games. As for Sacred Heart Prep, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Panthers challenge the Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pinewood knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven games -- so hopefully Notre Dame likes a good challenge. As for Sacred Heart Prep, they will welcome Priory at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Priory will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Sacred Heart Prep surely won't give up without a fight.
