Cape Hatteras won the last time they faced Ocracoke, and Taylor Hickman did her part to make sure it happened again. The Cape Hatteras Hurricanes strolled past the Ocracoke Dolphins with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 53-34 which was due in part to Hickman, who dropped a double-double with 26 points and 15 boards.
