Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Deer Valley). They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Mt. Diablo Red Devils on Tuesday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Wolverines as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

They hit Mt. Diablo with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Sydney Stuart, Natasha Moussa, and Kiki Walker.

Deer Valley's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-3. As for Mt. Diablo, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Deer Valley didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 victory against Ygnacio Valley on the 20th. As for Mt. Diablo, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 6-0 defeat against Rio Vista on the 19th.
