Soccer Recap: Centennial Takes a Loss

Centennial managed to keep up with Blessed Trinity until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Centennial lost 4-1 to Blessed Trinity. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Centennial couldn't push the score so high this time.

Centennial's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Blessed Trinity, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Centennial will head out to take on Dunwoody at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Blessed Trinity, they will challenge Atlanta International at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Atlanta International's last four games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
