Soccer Recap: Brooks County Takes a Loss

After flying high against Irwin County last Thursday, Brooks County came back down to earth. The Trojans fell just short of the Thomasville Bulldogs by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. Brooks County were not able to make up for their defeat to Thomasville from their previous meeting back in February of 2020.

Brooks County's loss dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Thomasville, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-4.

Coming up, Brooks County will head out on the road to square off against Valdosta at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Thomasville, they will square off against Thomas County Central at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
