Softball Recap: Tishomingo Comes Up Short

After flying high against Durant on Saturday, Tishomingo came back down to earth. The Indians fell just short of the McAlester Buffaloes by a score of 5-3 on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Indians have suffered since August 15th.

Tishomingo's loss dropped their record down to 14-13. As for McAlester, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-12.

Tishomingo didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-1 defeat against Roff on the 15th. As for McAlester, they have also already played their next matchup, a 5-4 loss against Comanche on the 13th.
