Football Recap: Bryan Bullock Key Part of Team Effort in Huskies Win

Washington hadn't done well against Kennedy recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Huskies walked away with a 31-24 victory over the Titans. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since November 5, 2021, but that streak is no more.

Washington got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Bryan Bullock out in front who rushed for 33 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and also threw for 127 yards while completing 72.7% of his passes. 93 of Bullock's passing yards were hauled in by Joseph Guerra.

Washington's record now sits at 4-2. As for Kennedy, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-2.

Washington has already played their next game, a 39-35 defeat against Piedmont on the 24th. As for Kennedy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 47-7 loss against Hayward on the 23rd.
