Softball Recap: Moravia Drops Season-High Score on Sigourney

Moravia scored the most runs they've had this season on Saturday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 16-13 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sigourney Savages. The Mohawks have struggled against the Savages recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Moravia's loss dropped their record down to 8-22. As for Sigourney, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.

Moravia wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 16-5 win against Lamoni on the 1st. Sigourney has also already played their next game (against H-L-V), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
