Cedar Mountain/Comfrey struggled to find the scoreboard the game before, so the high-scoring effort was a welcome change of pace.
New Ulm Cathedral's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 29 points in the first half. That put it at a 29 - 0 advantage. Even though the defense allowed 32 points in the second half, it wasn't enough to keep the team from victory.
Cedar Mountain/Comfrey's record fell to 2-8 after the loss. The win got New Ulm Cathedral up to 7-2.
