Scott never got on the board in their matchup last Friday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Ulysses on Friday. They breezed past the Tigers to the tune of 44-7. The matchup marked the Beavers' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Scott's win bumped their record up to 3-0-1. As for Ulysses, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Scott will square off against rival Hugoton on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Beavers 3.2, the Eagles 7.8) so any points scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Ulysses is set to face off against their familiar foe Goodland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
