The Owensboro Catholic Aces earned a 2-0 win over the Portland Panthers on Friday.

Owensboro Catholic has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record this season. As for Portland, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-16.

Looking ahead, Owensboro Catholic is taking a road trip to square off against Owensboro at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Portland, they will head out to face off against Monroe County at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
