After a string of four wins, Seymour's good fortune finally ran out  on Monday. They took  a  6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wayne Falcons. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the  13-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture  back in June of 2020.
Seymour's loss dropped their record down to 15-4. As for Wayne, they have  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won 17 of their last 18 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-2 record  this season.
 Seymour does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Wayne, they will look to defend their home field  on  the 22nd against Highland. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (the Falcons have won eight straight at home, while the Huskies won six straight on the road), something that'll have to change.
