Castaic came into Wednesday's game having lost ten straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past the Royal Highlanders 45-24 on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Coyotes have posted since November 22, 2024.

Castaic's victory ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-16. As for Royal, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 14 of their last 15 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-21 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Castaic will head out to face off against Hart at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Hart's favor as the squad sits on six straight wins at home while Castaic has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road. As for Royal, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Hueneme at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Royal is facing Hueneme at the right time seeing as Hueneme is stuck on a 13-game losing streak.
