After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Choctaw, Carl Albert was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 10-3 margin over the Guthrie Bluejays. The Titans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by six runs or more this season.

Carl Albert pushed their record up to 16-9 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Guthrie, the defeat snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 11-12 record.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Carl Albert beat the Bluejays by a score of 15-0 later that day.
