Baseball Recap: Seneca Valley Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Seneca Valley can now relate to. They came up short against the Canon-McMillan Big Macs on Monday, falling 16-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Raiders have suffered since March 31st.

Seneca Valley is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-10. As for Canon-McMillan, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

Seneca Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Canon-McMillan, they will challenge North Allegheny on Wednesday. The Tigers' pitching crew has only allowed 3.5 runs per game this season, so the Big Macs' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
