Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mercer). They blew past the Reynolds Raiders 62-34 on Monday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Mustangs have posted since February 8, 2024.

The win snapped Mercer's losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 5-7 record. As for Reynolds, their loss was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mercer will challenge Sharpsville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sharpsville will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Mercer surely won't give up without a fight. As for Reynolds, they will square off against Farrell at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Reynolds is facing Farrell at the right time seeing as Farrell is stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
