Softball Recap: Tuttle's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Monday

It was a good run, but Tuttle unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Monday. They fell just short of the Newcastle Racers by a score of 5-4. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Racers when the teams met back in October of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Tuttle's defeat dropped their record down to 15-3. As for Newcastle, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-2.

Coincidentally, Tuttle and Newcastle will both be playing Seminole the next time they take the field. The Tigers will head out to face the Chieftains at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Racers will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
