Roswell had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the seven-run drubbing they dealt Dunwoody on Thursday. The Hornets never let the Wildcats get on the board and left with a 7-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Hornets, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Roswell's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Dunwoody, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Roswell has already played their next game, an 11-2 victory against Norcross on the 18th. As for Dunwoody, they will face off against Lakeside at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup will give the Wildcats their first taste of in-conference action this season.
