Swenson Arts & Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 44-27 to the Olney Trojans. One positive for the Lion, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Swenson Arts & Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Olney, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Swenson Arts & Tech will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Jules E. Mastbaum Vo-Tech at 3:15 p.m. on January 15, 2025.
