Baseball Recap: Seckinger Jaguars vs. Lanier Longhorns
Seckinger lost to Lanier back in February of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Seckinger Jaguars blew past the Lanier Longhorns 10-1. The result was nothing new for the Jaguars, who have now won three contests by six runs or more so far this season.
Harry Pirkle was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out nine over six innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up a single earned runs in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two RBI.
