Football Recap: Community Christian Drops Highest Score of Season Against Comanche

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Community Christian). They were the clear victors by a 44-21 margin over the Comanche Indians on Thursday. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 37-7.

Community Christian has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 26.3 points over those games. As for Comanche, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Community Christian is set to face off against their familiar foe Davis at 7:00 p.m. on November 7. Meanwhile, Comanche will challenge rival Holdenville at 7:00 p.m. on November 7.
