Softball Recap: Friday's Defeat Ends Tecumseh's Winning Streak

Friday just wasn't the day for Tecumseh's offense. They fell just short of the Bethel Wildcats by a score of 1-0 on Friday. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Savages' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Tecumseh moved to 6-2 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak. As for Bethel, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.

Coming up, Tecumseh is taking a road trip to square off against Mannford at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Bethel, they will take on Jones in a tournament on Friday.
