Softball Recap: Davenport North Gets the Win

Davenport North lost to Charles City back in July of 2017, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Wildcats came out on top against the Comets by a score of 9-5. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Davenport North's win bumped their record up to 11-15. As for Charles City, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-11.

Davenport North wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 13-5 loss against West Liberty on the 28th. As for Charles City, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Iowa City West on the 27th.
