Soccer Recap: Southeast Whitfield County Takes a Loss

After soaring to 11 goals the game before, Southeast Whitfield County was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Cass Colonels by a score of 1-0. The Raiders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Colonels apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Southeast Whitfield County's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Cass, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Southeast Whitfield County will take on Allatoona at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Allatoona will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Southeast Whitfield County surely won't give up without a fight. As for Cass, they will challenge Cartersville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
