Softball Recap: Guthrie Comes Up Short

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Guthrie's offense. They fell 5-0 to the Noble Bears on Wednesday. Having soared to a lofty 19 runs in the game before, the Bluejays' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Guthrie's loss dropped their record down to 13-16-1. As for Noble, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-14.

Guthrie didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 12-0 victory against Western Heights on the 9th. As for Noble, they have also already played their next game, a 15-0 win against Santa Fe South on the 8th.
