Volleyball Recap: Mount Tabor Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Mount Tabor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Forbush Falcons, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in August.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-23, 25-23.

Emmie Stokes paced Mount Tabor's offense, picking up eight kills. Stokes got some help from Madison Starkey and her 25 assists. Tania Aguilera controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Mount Tabor's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Forbush, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

Mount Tabor has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against North Davidson on the 8th. As for Forbush, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Surry Central on the 9th.
