Basketball Recap: Central Skates Past Bellefonte with Ease

Central can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. They breezed by the Bellefonte Raiders to the tune of 54-15. With the Dragons ahead 32-9 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Central's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Bellefonte, their defeat was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central and Bishop Guilfoyle will compete for holiday cheer at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Bishop Guilfoyle will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Central surely won't give up without a fight. Bellefonte will take on Huntingdon in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
