Soccer Recap: JW North Comes Up Short

JW North and Citrus Valley squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but JW North had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Citrus Valley Blackhawks by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that the Huskies have lost by just one goal.

JW North is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-8. As for Citrus Valley, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 8-10 record this season.

JW North does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Citrus Valley, they will take on Fillmore at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Fillmore comes in on six and Citrus Valley on three.
