Baseball Recap: Reynoldsburg Victorious

Reynoldsburg got themselves on the board against Worthington Kilbourne on Thursday, but Worthington Kilbourne never followed suit. They walked away with a 5-0 victory over the Wolves. For the Raiders, this counts as revenge for the 5-1 win the Wolves walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2023.

The victory made it two in a row for Reynoldsburg and bumps their season record up to 9-16-1. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Worthington Kilbourne, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-14.

Coming up, Reynoldsburg will take on Dublin Jerome at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Worthington Kilbourne, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Lancaster on the 22nd.
