Meanwhile, Logan won against Teays Valley on Tuesday with two goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Saturday. The Chieftains sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over Licking Heights. The win continues a trend for Logan in their matchups with Licking Heights: they've now won four in a row.

Big Walnut's victory bumped their record up to 11-4-3. As for Logan, their win bumped their record up to 14-3.
