Soccer Recap: Cabrillo Finishes Even with Compton

Cabrillo pushed their score to eight the last time they played Compton, but on Tuesday they couldn't quite do it again. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time the Jaguars have been dealt a draw since back in December of 2024.

With that draw, Cabrillo's record moves to 6-4-4. As for Compton, they moved theirs to 0-17-4.

Cabrillo will face off against Lakewood at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Compton, they will square off against Woodrow Wilson at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Compton's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for six straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
