Soccer Recap: Tranquillity Comes Up Short

Tranquillity lost against Avenal back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Tigers fell 3-1 to the Buccaneers. Tranquillity have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Their goal came courtesy of Alison Barajas, who's now up to seven this season.

Tranquillity's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6-1. As for Avenal, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2-3 record this season.

Tranquillity will take on Coast Union in a holiday battle at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Avenal, they have already played their next matchup, a 1-1 draw against Hanford West on the 15th.
