Reed's game  last Friday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Friday. They really took it to the Galena Grizzlies for the full four quarters, racking up  a  50-13 victory. The  matchup marked the Raiders' most dominant  win of the  season.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Reed to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Shaysan Rivero, who rushed for 91 yards and three  scores on only seven carries. Rivero is becoming a predictor of the Raiders' success: when he posts  at  least two  rushing touchdowns the team is undefeated (and 1-2 when he doesn't).  Bronwyn Rios helped out on the ground, rushing for 125 yards and a  rushing touchdown.
Reed's record is now 4-2. As for Galena, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.
 Reed and Galena will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next  games. The next time the Raiders see the field they'll take on Bishop Manogue  at 7:00  p.m.  on  the 17th. As for Galena, their break will end when they face Damonte Ranch  at 7:00  p.m.  on  the 17th.
