Soccer Recap: Westfall Comes Up Short

The Westfall Mustangs came up short against the Whiteoak Wildcats on Thursday, falling 4-1. Westfall were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Mikey McKinnon, which was the first he's scored this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Westfall and nudges their season record down to 1-7-2. As for Whiteoak, they picked up their first home win, bumping their record up to 3-7.

Looking ahead, Westfall will welcome Portsmouth West at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Whiteoak, they will venture away from home to challenge Wellston at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
