Baseball Recap: Cass Takes a Loss

Cass lost against Allatoona last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Colonels fell just short of the Buccaneers by a score of 3-2. The Colonels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cass' defeat dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Allatoona, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-3 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Allatoona beat Cass by a score of 6-1 later that day.
