Softball Recap: Eagle Grove Takes a Loss

Eagle Grove was the 2-1 winner over Southeast Valley when they last played one another back in July of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles fell 4-1 to the Jaguars on Tuesday.

Eagle Grove has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season. As for Southeast Valley, they pushed their record up to 9-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Coming up, Eagle Grove will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against West Hancock at 6:00 p.m. As for Southeast Valley, they will head out to face off against East Sac County at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
