Brookwood's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the New Lisbon Rockets a 6-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Falcons, who have now won seven games by six runs or more so far this season.

Not much got past Owen Wang, who gave up just a hit and racked up ten Ks to keep New Lisbon off the board. Wang has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Luis Gonzalez, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs and one RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April.

Brookwood's win bumped their record up to 13-7. As for New Lisbon, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-9.

Looking ahead, Brookwood will face off against Blair-Taylor at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for New Lisbon, they will take on Westfield Area at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
