Soccer Recap: San Gabriel's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak at Home

San Gabriel entered their match against Bell Gardens on Wednesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The San Gabriel Matadors fell 2-0 to the Bell Gardens Lancers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Matadors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 two weeks ago.

San Gabriel's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-6-3. As for Bell Gardens, the win got them back to even at 8-8-1.

San Gabriel will welcome Mark Keppel at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Bell Gardens, they will venture away from home to challenge Montebello at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Bell Gardens is facing Montebello at the right time seeing as Montebello is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
