Volleyball Recap: Alannah Kemmis Key Part of Team Effort in Demons Win + How To Watch

Bismarck posted their closest win since September 17, 2024 on Friday. They skirted past Horace 2-1. For the Demons, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 victory Horace walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2023.

Bismarck's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Alannah Kemmis led the charge by getting 15 digs and two assists. Those 15 digs gave Kemmis a new career-high. Jordyn Rood was another key player, getting seven kills and seven digs.

The win got Bismarck back to even at 1-1.

Bismarck wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Fargo North on the 29th. As for Horace, they are taking a road trip to square off against Fargo South at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be Horace's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
