Andover Central won the last time they faced Eisenhower and Jaxson Green did his part to make sure it happened again. The Jaguars came out on top in a nail-biter against the Tigers on Friday, sneaking past 55-52 thanks in part to Green, who rushed for 193 yards and four scores on only 13 carries. Green is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 106 every time he's taken the field this season.

Special teams was a major factor in the game for Andover Central, racking up 13 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Green, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.

Despite the loss, Eisenhower still got an impressive performance from Brayden Pappas, who rushed for 263 yards and three touchdowns, and also picked up 58 receiving yards and one TD. Eli Ribaudo was another key player, throwing for 291 yards and five TDs.

Andover Central now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Eisenhower, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Andover Central will be playing at home against Andover at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Trojans will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Jaguars surely won't give up without a fight. As for Eisenhower, they will venture away from home to square off against Northwest at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams might be coming in a bit winded given these two teams combined for 1,024 yards in their previous games.
