Baseball Game Preview: Tattnall County Warriors vs. Crisp County Cougars

Tattnall County is on a four-game streak of home losses, and Crisp County a three-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Tuesday. The Tattnall County Warriors will be playing in front of their home fans against the Crisp County Cougars at 6:00 p.m. Neither Tattnall County nor Crisp County posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Tattnall County might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 4-1 to Appling County, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Bailey Blair spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and three unearned) runs on three hits and racked up 13 Ks. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in February.

At the plate, Tattnall County saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Miles Brown, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. Another was Peyton Finnerty, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases.

Meanwhile, Crisp County fell victim to Pierce County and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 12-0 to the Bears.
