Recap: Notre Dame Spartans vs. MMI Preparatory School
The Notre Dame Spartans lost against MMI Preparatory School back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Notre Dame took a 45-30 bruising from MMI Preparatory School. Notre Dame has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Bria Kringe was her usual excellent self, scoring 30 points along with three steals for MMI Preparatory School. That makes it 11 consecutive games in which Kringe has scored at least a third of MMI Preparatory School's points. Cassidy McDermott was another key contributor, scoring two points along with 11 rebounds and six steals.
Notre Dame now has a losing record at 3-4. As for MMI Preparatory School, their win bumped their record up to 3-8.
Notre Dame will head out on the road to square off against Lincoln Leadership Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Lincoln Leadership Academy has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for MMI Preparatory School, they will be playing at home against Wyoming Area at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Wyoming Area is hoping to put an end to a nine-game streak of away losses.
