Basketball Game Preview: Los Gatos Wildcats vs. Menlo-Atherton Bears

Los Gatos is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. Everything went their way against Salinas as Los Gatos made off with a 56-35 win. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matches by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Menlo-Atherton didn't have too much trouble with Evergreen Valley on Thursday as they won 56-37. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bears.

Menlo-Atherton's victory bumped their record up to 19-7. As for Los Gatos, their win bumped their record up to 18-8.

Los Gatos barely slipped by Menlo-Atherton in their previous matchup back in March of 2016, winning 47-46. Will Los Gatos repeat their success, or does Menlo-Atherton have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
