Baseball Recap: Pardeeville's Losing Streak Snapped at Five Games

Pardeeville came into Thursday's game having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They were the clear victors by an 11-4 margin over the Randolph Rockets on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won seven contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Brady Dolgner made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off two hits. Pardeeville is undefeated when Dolgner allows one or fewer earned runs, but 6-9-1 otherwise. Dolgner was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in all five of his plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Hoyt Kessenich was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three RBI and one run. Austin Dechert was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.

Pardeeville always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .600. The last time their OBP was this high was back in May of 2025.

Pardeeville's victory bumped their record up to 12-9-1. As for Randolph, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
