Basketball Recap: Ringgold Comes Up Short

Ringgold was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 42-29 to Mt. Carmel Christian. The Rams were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Mt. Carmel Christian earlier this season, when they won 33-29.

Ringgold's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Mt. Carmel Christian, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-5.

Ringgold does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mt. Carmel Christian, they will challenge Morgantown Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
